The charm of ancient times is preserved in the city center and it is easily accessible by foot. The city market takes place along the walls on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Here, you will find the Basilica San Fedele, which historically served as the main square for the corn market. The Basilica was likely constructed in 1120 on the ruins of an earlier structure, and its completion took place several years later.
